Ben Baronet is the founder of SunDrip Realty, a boutique real estate brokerage rooted in Dripping Springs and the Texas Hill Country.

Over the past three and a half years, Ben has called Dripping Springs home after building a house in the area. Living in the Hill Country has given him a firsthand perspective on the growing shift of buyers moving west from Austin, and that transition has become a central focus of his business. He works closely with clients navigating that move—helping them understand the nuances of land, lifestyle, and long-term value—while continuing to serve Austin and the surrounding areas at the same high level they’ve come to expect.
